This high-growth SaaS startup revolutionizing in-store audio platforms for enterprise retailers, enables CMOs and CEOs to unlock new revenue streams through
innovative ad inventory solutions with closed-loop reporting and data-driven targeting capabilities.
Because of these forever strengthening partnerships, we are now seeking 2 x Vice Presidents of Sales to lead sales efforts across APAC and the USA, reporting directly to the CEO. These leaders will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, managing high performing teams, and advancing the adoption of transformative solutions.

Key responsibilities: - Develop, implement and execute scalable sales strategies aligned with
- company objectives (drive a sophisticated consultative and solution-oriented sales approach)
- As a critical leader, you will shape the sales function and play a pivotal role in achieving revenue targets and market position
- Finding, hunting, nurturing relationships/partnerships + contract negotiations
- Work together with the product team
- Recruit, build, manage, coach, mentor, and lead high-performing sales teams
- Navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles, building consensus among key decision-makers (stakeholder management - CMOs / C-suite)
- Mastery in consultative selling and complex sales cycles + building relationships
- Chase results by creating ROI-driven financial models (diversification) to build trust with economic buyers and then owning revenue targets to ensure consistent growth through effective pipeline management
- Deliver tailored demonstrations showcasing the platform capabilities
- Partner with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to enhance outcomes and educate clients
What you need: - 10+ years of success in SaaS sales (contract values of $10M–$50M),
- including 5+ years in sales leadership roles
- Must be a visionary and strategic VP looking to lead sales efforts and drive revenue growth
- Hold a high standard of integrity and ethics
- The ability to work autonomously and strategically while being hands-on
- Thrive in multi-stakeholder management (CMOs / C-suite) and can effectively communicate value proposition to economic buyers (both written and verbal)
- Expertise in financial modelling, business case development, and presenting
- ROI-driven solutions to economic buyers
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools
- Experience with enterprise SAP or media sales cycles (3 – 15 months in length)
