As a Treasury Analyst, you will assist the treasury department with daily cash management and reconciliation tasks. This position offers direct interaction with the Accounting Team, Front Office, and Legal departments. The ideal candidate should be quick to grasp new concepts, demonstrate a solid work ethic, possess exceptional organizational and communication skills, and approach their responsibilities with precision and care. The ability to excel both independently and collaboratively is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily wire transactions and help oversee intra-company liquidity management.
- Conduct daily reviews and updates of cash sheets and account balance reconciliations.
- Assist in managing user access across depository banking portals and the Treasury Management System, Kyriba.
- Analyze daily business activity within prime brokerage, custodian, and operating accounts.
- Provide support to the accounting team by classifying incoming and outgoing cash to ensure accurate coding within the General Ledger.
- Investigate and resolve any failed payments.
- Calculate and provide instructions for pair-off/wire amounts related to repo activity.
- Collaborate with Internal/External Auditors to offer necessary support for SOX compliance.
What you need:
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role in financial services
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- An excellent understanding of fixed income products
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel (including but not limited to vlookups, pivot tables and complex formulas)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent problem solving, written and communication skills
