Role Overview As Senior Executive Assistant/Chief of Staff to the CEO, you will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring seamless coordination across the Executive Assistant team, driving strategic initiatives, and optimizing operations. This high-impact role requires strong leadership, adaptability, and the ability to manage complex projects in a dynamic setting.

What do you do? - Lead strategic planning and execution of cross-functional initiatives
- Serve as a key liaison between the CEO, senior leadership and the Executive Assistant team
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
- Delegate the management of both personal and professional tasks, which include reservations, appointments, and any household needs
- Improve operational processes and drive accountability across teams
- Represent the CEO in meetings and events as needed
- Coordinate international and domestic travel logistics, including flight itineraries, hotel reservations, and car services
What do you need? - Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in a Personal/Executive Assistant position, consulting, or senior management role
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to handle sensitive information
- Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven, with a “no task too small” mindset
Preferred Qualifications - Experience in financial services, trading, or technology industries
- Proficiency in project management tools and data analysis platforms
