Woods & Co Recruitment are expanding once again and are on the look-out for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. Born out of Melbourne, Australia in 2018 – Woods & Co opened offices in the US 18-months ago and have continued to grow and expand through its commitment to relationship based recruitment approach.

What do you do?

• Assist with the full cycle recruitment process. 
• Source and screen candidates through various means: LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, internal database.
• Create and upload job postings across multiple hiring channels. 
• Conduct phone and face-to-face interviews with candidates. 
• Collaborate with consultant to create shortlists of suitable candidates. 
• Conduct reference checks on successful candidates. 
• Report on personal weekly activities and performance. 
• Maintain relationships with candidates and pool candidates for the future. 

What do you need?

• A positive attitude, drive to succeed and willingness to learn. 
• Experience in a customer facing or sales environment is highly desirable. 
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite. 
• Strong written and oral communication.
• A desire to work with a small, growing firm who work so we can live, not live so we can work!
