Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. Born out of Melbourne, Australia in 2018 – Woods & Co opened offices in the US 18-months ago and have continued to grow and expand through its commitment to relationship based recruitment approach.

What do you do? - Assist with the full cycle recruitment process.
- Source and screen candidates through various means: LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, internal database.
- Create and upload job postings across multiple hiring channels.
- Conduct phone and face-to-face interviews with candidates.
- Collaborate with consultant to create shortlists of suitable candidates.
- Conduct reference checks on successful candidates.
- Report on personal weekly activities and performance.
- Maintain relationships with candidates and pool candidates for the future.
What do you need? - A positive attitude, drive to succeed and willingness to learn.
- Experience in a customer facing or sales environment is highly desirable.
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and oral communication.
- A desire to work with a small, growing firm who work so we can live, not live so we can work!
