An audio management SaaS company is looking for a dynamic and motivated Project Manager to join their team and lead the effective implementation of an audio management system across numerous locations throughout the USA.
Overview:As a Project Manager for the company’s large-scale audio system rollout, you will oversee the successful implementation of an audio management system across multiple locations nationwide. This role requires a highly organized and skilled project manager with experience in managing large-scale technology deployments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: - Project Planning and Strategy:
Develop a detailed project plan outlining timelines, key milestones, and deliverables for the audio system rollout. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria. Conduct risk assessments and establish mitigation strategies to handle potential issues. - Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including company representatives, store managers, and installation vendors. Facilitate regular meetings to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project goals and objectives. - Resource Management:
Coordinate and allocate resources effectively to ensure that deadlines are met. Manage project budgets, track spending, and ensure that financial targets are achieved. - Vendor Coordination:
Collaborate with external vendors to ensure timely delivery of equipment and services. Address and resolve any issues related to vendor performance to keep the project on track. - Quality Assurance:
Implement quality assurance processes to guarantee the functionality and reliability of the installed audio systems. Conduct regular audits and evaluations to ensure adherence to company standards. - Implementation and Deployment:
Oversee the installation and configuration of audio systems at various retail locations. Work with on-site personnel to ensure smooth implementation and resolve any issues during the deployment process. - Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, and relevant project artifacts. Generate regular progress reports for internal leadership and key stakeholders. - Training and Support:
Develop training materials for store staff on the use and maintenance of the new audio system. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance post-deployment.
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a project manager, ideally in large-scale retail or technology deployments.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with technology rollout processes, especially related to audio systems.
- PMP certification is a plus.
