Project Manager. As a leader within the space, this business works across Commercial Offices, Healthcare, Hospitality & Education projects.
As a
Project Manager, you will be the glue holding together every piece of the puzzle from design to install. You’ll leverage your prior experience managing external and internal stakeholders from designers, external installers, clients and more.

What do you do? - Manages project execution and office build-out from start to finish.
- Works with clients and team members to define project goals and ensure successful outcomes.
- Ensures all stakeholders understand and adhere to the project's scope and deliverables through completion.
- Creates a comprehensive project schedule aligned with construction timelines and product availability.
- Shares the project timeline with teams and monitors weekly progress.
- Tracks project performance, comparing progress against objectives, timelines, and milestones.
- Identifies schedule deviations and implements corrective actions to maintain timelines.
- Participates in weekly meetings with owners, architects, and contractors, providing relevant updates to the internal team.
- Leads project kick-off and regular check-in meetings to ensure roles and deliverables are clearly communicated.
- Develops installation vendor scope of work and reviews labor quotes for accuracy before presenting estimates.
What do you need? - Experience in the contract furniture industry is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Lead team meetings and participate in all project meetings.
- Oversee multiple projects at various stages while serving as the in-field foreperson.
- Maintain a detail-oriented, organized approach with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Collaborate effectively with all trades and General Contractors.
- Understand team member responsibilities and be ready to step in as needed.
- Be responsive and available to address all client requests.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate a proactive and professional work ethic.
- Possess strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience with Core and CAP is strongly preferred.
