Woods & Co Recruitment has partnered with a designer, manufacturer and exporter of Food & Beverage operating equipment, recognized as the best in their field. Selling across 200 cities in 50 countries, primarily dealing with the 5 star & luxury hotel and venue market. 

As a Outbound Phone Sales Representative you will be responsible for conducting outreach to new and perceptive clients to promote brand awareness and qualify leads. 
The successful candidate will sales drive and thrive in fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for making a high volume of outbound calls and determined to exceed your KPIs!

What do you do?

• Engage with inbound leads and conduct market research to establish opportunities with nee and perspective clients. 
• Conduct a high volume of outbound calls. 
• Understand clients pain points and educating them about the benefits of the product offering. 
• Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain and update the CRM system. 

What do you need?

• Previous experience in fast paced, phone based role. 
• Proven track record meeting or exceeding KPIs. 
• Confidence conducting cold outreach. 
• A strong work ethic and desire to develop yourself and others.
• Skilled in CRM systems and using the available data to deliver results.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
