They are deploying AI-driven audio platforms for large physical store retailers to engage customers at the critical point of purchase while offering innovative advertising solutions to suppliers.
The successful candidate will be versatile and highly technical bridging the gap between networking, Linux infrastructure, and enterprise IT integrations. You will handle escalations, and exercise advanced technical problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement at the corporate level.
The ideal candidate will be a hybrid-minded engineer who loves solving networking challenges, is comfortable in Linux environments, and enjoys working at the intersection of IT, software, and infrastructure.

What do you do? - Interface with enterprise clients, internal departments, corporate stakeholders, and executive level to provide high-quality technical support and consultation
- Serve as an escalation point for Level 2 support teams, handling complex hardware, software, and network issues.
- Proactively identify patterns and trends in technical issues, recommending and implementing process improvements.
- Provide deep-dive troubleshooting for device connectivity, audio playback, system integrations, and network infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain custom scripts in Bash, Python, or Ansible to automate network and device diagnostics.
- Utilize Salesforce Service Cloud to manage, document, and track customer cases.
- Troubleshoot outbound connectivity issues, DNS failures, firewall blocks, and certificate issues within complex network environments.
- Continuously improve our internal processes, automation, and monitoring tools to scale network troubleshooting across thousands of deployed devices
What do you need? - Five or more years in technical support, IT help desk, or field service roles, with at least two years in Level 3 or advanced troubleshooting roles.
- Strong understanding of audio/media technology, including streaming services, media players, networked audio systems, and cloud-based audio platforms.
- Expertise in network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Firewalls, VLANs, NAT, SNMP, Syslogs, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts across multiple manufacturers (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Fortinet, Palo Alto, etc.).
- Expertise in Linux (Debian, Ubuntu, CentOS,) for networking, security, and automation.
- Experience working with enterprise IT teams to assess, troubleshoot, and resolve network integration issues.
- Proficiency in scripting with Bash, Python, or Ansible to automate network testing and fleet diagnostics.
- Hands-on experience with packet analysis tools like tcpdump, Wireshark, and nmap.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure management, including device provisioning, remote access, and system monitoring.
- Understanding of cloud networking principles (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills (Bilingual in Spanish is advantageous)
