Woods & Co Recruitment have partnered with a subsidiary of the largest mechanical construction company in the United States in their search for a
HVAC Technician/Journeyman to join their team and service multiple projects across the 5 boroughs.
Conduct preventative maintenance and data analyses to ensure optimal equipment function and offers appropriate recommendations. You will have a deep understanding of control and operational sequences for commercial and industrial HVAC systems. Being well-organized, they maintain precise service and maintenance records and effectively communicate to discern requirements.

What do you do: - Complete HVACR preventive maintenance in accordance with established standards.
- Troubleshoot, Analyze and repair HVACR malfunctions in accordance with EPA established standards.
- Follow maintenance schedule to complete accurate and timely equipment maintenance and operating logs.
- Complete documentation, including but not limited to, timesheets, expense reports, service reports and purchase card logs.
- Conduct general tasks including, but not limited to, safety training, group meetings and maintaining tools and vehicle (if applicable).
What do you need: - 5 - 10 years HVAC experience working on commercial or industrial HVAC equipment /systems.
- EPA universal refrigeration license.
- OSHA 30.
- FDNY Fire Watch and Burning Permits (F60).
- Clean Drivers License.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
