Head of Product. As the Head of Product, you’ll leverage your experience in an early stage start up where you’ve had to ‘get your hands dirty’ and be involved in all aspects of Product development and delivery. You’ll work collaboratively with the Product, Design and Engineering teams, pioneer and lead the Product’s Roadmap & Strategy, effectively lead, engage, and direct a team of exceptional individuals all striving towards the same goal!

What do you do? - Craft and enhance the product vision and strategy to align with the company's overarching goals. Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends leveraging AI to provide exceptional customer experiences at scale to guide product decisions
- Guide, mentor, and motivate the product management and design team, cultivating a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Offer support and direction to help the team reach their goals and unlock their full potential
- Develop and prioritize the product roadmap by integrating customer feedback, market research, and business objectives. Leverage AI-powered solutions to enhance this companies marketing engine, optimize internal workflows, and deliver exceptional user value
- Manage the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch. Work closely with engineering, design, and key stakeholders to deliver high-quality products that fulfill user needs, exceed expectations, and stay on schedule and within budget
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, sales, operations, and production—to ensure alignment and seamless coordination. Champion a customer-centric approach, advocating for the customer's voice in every product decision
- Perform competitive analysis and market research to uncover emerging trends, potential threats, and opportunities for differentiation. Leverage these insights to shape product strategy and positioning
What do you need? - Proven track record in product management, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in product management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills, translating data and insights into actionable strategies.
- Experienced leader, skilled in building, managing, and developing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communicator, able to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, driven by innovation, creativity, and problem-solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, adept at conveying complex information to diverse audiences, including executives.
