Woods & Co Recruitment has partnered with a globally renowned designer, manufacturer and exporter of Food & Beverage operating equipment. Selling across 200 cities in 50 countries, primarily dealing with the 5 star & luxury hotel and venue market. 

We are seeking a Director of Sales, Hotels Division who will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing brand awareness while fostering relationships with pivotal stakeholders, such as owners, operators and designers. The successful candidate will develop corporate connections with senior managers across the hotels division, leading the focus on new hotel construction opportunities throughout the Americas.

What do you do?

• Prospecting qualified leads to progress to product interest and quoted opportunities.
• Managing existing database to generate further opportunities.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers such as General Managers, F&B Managers, Executive Chefs, designers and consultants.
• Liaising with key stakeholders to fully understand clients’ needs and expectations.
• Generating new business opportunities.
• Maintain an intimate understanding of upcoming projects in the region. 

What do you need?

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry – Management, Operations, Sales.
• Proven track record in opening high value opportunities.
• A strong work ethic and desire to develop yourself and others.
• Flexibility in dealing with different time zones.
• Confidence in cold calling.
• Desire to interact with different cultures and manage language barriers.
• Skilled in CRM systems and using the available data to deliver results.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent time management and communication skills
