With multiple locations globally including the USA, Shanghai, El Salvador, and India, this organization produces take-out boxes, paper cups, food trays, folding cartons, popcorn tubs, ice cream cups, and more!
With some recent client acquisitions and site expansion, our client is now seeking a highly organized Chief of Staff who can take ownership and represent the companies best interests when making key-decision on behalf of the CEO.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment and have a background in executive administration, is unafraid to take on new challenges, is motivated and determined to get the job finished.
It is important to note that this is a general summary of responsibilities to get pointed in the right direction, but by no means comprehensive. Things can change quickly in manufacturing, and so must our ability and capacity to adapt! What’s in it for you: - $70,000 - $75,000 salary.

What do you do: - Act as a problem-solver and resource for executives by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating matters in a timely manner.
- Represent the CEO in meetings and conversations, and take decisions as required.
- Maintain and organize important documents, files, and records.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives.
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing their calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.
- Be adaptable and flexible to meet the evolving needs of the executives and the company.
What do you need: - Motivation and openness to ware multiple hats and join a start-up environment.
- Strong organizational skills, efficiency and attention to detail (process driven).
- The ability to work autonomously and be accountable for your decision making.
- Comfortable working in a factory environment and experience in this setting.
- Ability to work with stringent timelines and deadlines.
- Experience with quality management systems.
- Ability to work earlier and later hours when needed.
- Bilingual in Mandarin or Spanish is advantageous
- Adaptability, flexibility, and a positive can-do attitude.
