As a Business Development Manager, you will generate new business opportunities for the space but leveraging your existing connections within corporate America to bring their conferences, events, sales kick-offs, seminars and more to this incredible space!

What do you do? - Identify and research potential clients or who would benefit from using such an incredible space
- Engage with potential clients via cold calling, emailing, and networking to promote event space opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate America to maximise opportunity
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms, ensuring that both the client and company’s goals are met
- Create tailored booth or sponsorship packages based on the client’s marketing objectives and budget
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the event and ensure that clients get maximum exposure and return on investment
- Assist clients planning, and any logistical questions leading up to the event
- Monitor and report on sales revenue, ensuring it aligns with the event’s financial targets
What do you need? - 5 years Business Development experience specifically in the events and/or trade shows markets
- Proven experience working closely with industry leaders in the preparation and delivery of trade shows
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to negotiable, persuade and close on key deals
